Does my device alert me when air quality declines?

My device is archived, logo is grey, am I still able to export my data?
No, not through the App anymore. Our data retention policy is detailed as following:
Your device is online.
Your device is offline. First check if the device is powered and connected to the internet. If you don’t find the problem please contact our support to get more information.
This device is not deployed anymore but you still see the data from before its removal.
The device has been off for a period exceeding our data retention policy. Data can no longer be seen in the application, but you can contact Zaack to get a csv of your data.
Data retention
We are keeping your data stored in our Cloud platform, but they can be seen dynamically in our application only for a year. Beyond this period, we will export your archived data on demand, please contact us if needed.
I would like to export my data, how to do it?
You just have to click on th Export button in the navigation bar to display the form.

The opening menu let you export one month of datapoints at max.
The export is asynchronous, after your request you receive an email with a link to download your data.
